Almost every other year since 1929, St Catharine's College has hosted an event during May Week to celebrate the end of the academic year.
This year, the event will be themed around "Luminescence: Living Lights".
This year, the standard ticket is priced at £140 for entry beginning at 9pm.
Queue Jump Tickets are priced at £155 and allow for priority entry to the May Ball.
Dining tickets, where a formal dinner is provided from 6.30pm and allows for immediate entry to the May Ball, is priced at £180.
Each individual is permitted to purchase up to three guest tickets. These guests are not required to be members of the University.
Tickets will be released to current members of St Catharine's College at 6pm on Thursday 30th November 2017.
Then, tickets will be released for purchase by alumni at 6am on Wednesday 10th January 2018.
The next batch of tickets will become available to members of both St Catharine's College and Corpus Christi College at the start of Lent Term at 6pm on Wednesday 17th January 2018.
Finally, the remaining tickets will be released to all current members of the University at a later date.
We allow the option of paying the entire price of the ticket immediately online, or as a 50% non-refundable deposit now, with the remainder to be paid in Lent Term.

Black tie, White tie or national dress. Sports blazers are not permitted.
The dress code will be strictly enforced, and those who are not properly attired will be refused entry to the Ball.
Yes, although there will be a name change fee of £25. This will become available on the ticketing system when it becomes available.
